Kayla Horton was born and raised in Lancaster, South Carolina. Her mom is a huge fan of Days of our Lives and named her after the character Kayla Brady. Kayla grew up watching the "Horton's and Brady's" on Days of our lives. As a small child, she fantasized about the day she would grace the screen herself. She always knew she wanted to act. Kayla has been involved in theatre and drama classes since elementary school. Once she graduated college, Kayla craved to take acting to the next level
