It's a Friendly world is a web calendar and comic created by Kyle Cyree. The comicalender shows imaginary "horsey" creatures and stick figures alongside song lyrics, truisms, bits of dialog, and other things Kyle finds inspiring. The site is created on a Wacom tablet and prints are available of select drawings. The style of the drawings is inspired by indie rock, outsider art, and Microsoft Paint. Kyle is a Chapel Hill based artist. He received an MFA from Emerson College in 2009.
