Knob was a label based out of New York City, focusing on the sounds of tribal, progressive, house, tech, breaks and cutting edge electronic sounds. Knob Records was founded by NYC's own, DJ Style. It was formed to provide another outlet for "underground" artists and producers to exploit. Knob started in 2002 as a vinyl label and transitioned to digital. After 7 years, 49 artists and 55 releases later, Knob closed it's doors at the end of 2008.
