Overland is a television program aired in Italy on the first and most viewed channel Rai 1. It's a travel documentary that started in 1995 and now has reached the 14th season experiencing situations like going through the pre-war Afghanistan and Iraq, reaching the top of Kilimanjaro and getting stuck for months in the mud of Ethiopia without water and food and getting shot by bandits in Yemen's desert or "visiting" Russian and Congolese prisons. It's THE adventure series and more is yet to come!
