Jay Hart is an African American rapper from Long Beach, Ca. His first EP, Hart & Soul, debuted in early 2013. His two videos, "Critical" and "Pivot" had commercial success with over 25,000 views combined. With cosigns from magazines such as The Source and XXL, Hart is a promising, young artist out of the West Coast who's old school style over modern beats is refreshing and just what the game needs.
