Nede Cringle is a 12 year old boy who's mother and father were lost at sea during the 'great storm'. He lives on a sailing ship with his uncle, Captain Poopface and an old sailor, Popmouth. They sail the seas looking for sunken ships and Popmouth dives to recover lost treasures. Nede has his own cabin and his duties include cleaning and cooking.
