Ayer Keroh Country Club Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia as a public company on 22nd April 1994 under the Companies Act, 1965. The Company acquired Ayer Keroh Country Club the same year. Ayer Keroh Country Club, a society registered under the Societies Act on 3rd August 1964 was primarily a golf club which provided, amongst an 18 hole golf course, other sporting and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, billiards and a gymnasium, Korean restaurant.
