Our Pre-Jazz program offers 30 minute classes for dancers 5-6 years old , and our general jazz program offers 60 minute classes for dancers ages 7-adult. These classes are 60 minutes in length and are offered at beginner, intermediate/advanced, and adult levels depending on the dancer’s age and mastery of the discipline. Jazz dance is based on technique acquired in ballet but set to more upbeat music and focused on isolated body movements, high jumps, leaps and kicks, and parallel body movements
