Kulal Biosphere
Mt Kulal Forest is one of the best preserved indigenous forests in Kenya. It has been under the protection of the local elders – popularly known as Wazee wa Mazingira (WWM). In 2017, the Mt Kulal Community Forest Association (KCFA) was formed to assist WWM in the management of the forest. With the help of stakeholders, KCFA has developed a management plan for the 51,436 ha core and buffer zones of the Biosphere Reserve. Visit site »Contact Information
