Studio 180 offers a full range of adult classes in many disciplines for continuing and beginning adult dancers including ballet, modern, tap, hip-hop, aerial, ballet sculpt and tone, piloxing, and zumba. Tap is open to any dancer ages 7 and up. With the exception of our shorter combo classes, tap classes are 60 minutes in length, and are offered at beginner, intermediate/advanced, and adult levels depending on the dancer’s age and mastery of the discipline. Our Pre-Jazz program offers 30 minute classes for dancers 5-6 years old , and our general jazz program offers 60 minute classes for dancers ages 7-adult. These classes are 60 minutes in length and are offered at beginner, intermediate/advanced, and adult levels depending on the dancer’s age and mastery of the discipline. Ballet is the foundation of all dance, and here at Studio 180 we encourage all dancers to take at least one ballet class, and Studio 180 Dance Co. dancers are required to take at least one ballet class and one ballet technique class. Our 60 minute ballet classes are open to any dancer, age 7 – adult and are determined by age and level.

Aerial dance is open to any dancers ages 5 and up. Our pre-aerial program offers 30 minute classes for dancers 5-6 years old, and our general aerial program offers classes ranging from 60- 90 minutes in length for dancers 7 -adult. Aerial classes are offered at beginner, intermediate, advanced, and adult levels depending on the dancer’s age and mastery of the discipline.
